Jim Vercellone's Sun Room

This sun room was fairly inexpensive to build (if a sun room can be inexpensive). We used T-111 for the exterior siding, interior wall covering and even in the ceiling. Jim painted and stained before we installed the ceiling and rafters... touching up as needed.

We used a good grade of 5' tall casement window, fixed glass panels in the gable end, and four 2'x4' skylights all of which gives Jim a lot of light. We did the floors in composite (before I knew about GeoDeck). We insulated and Jim had an electrician run wire for some outlets. All in all it is a great enhancement to his home.
