The cost of the Building Plans (materials list not available for this plan*) is $59.95 + $5.00 P&H and $2.50 if you want it emailed in DXF or WMF file format.  "The Stevens Sunroom" Building Plans come with all options and accessories shown in the drawings above.  And after it's done, please email me a photo or two of your new sun room so I can post them on this website.  Folks really enjoy seeing what others have been able to do with our building plans. *To obtain a Material List, submit a copy of our Building Plans to any reputable Material Supplier (not a box store like Home Depot) and ask for an "itemized bid".
