Custom Plan Refund Policy

If payment was made by credit card, the same credit card will be credited. If payment was made by check, we will issue a refund check after your check has cleared our bank.

Our Custom Plan Refund Policy is based upon the following schedule:

  
   
  • If no work has been done on the Preliminary Custom Plan:
Full refund
  • If the initial draft of the Preliminary Custom Plan is partially complete:
$285 refund
  • If the initial draft of the Preliminary Custom Plan has been transmitted to the client, but not turned over to Drafting:
$ 70 refund
  • If the Preliminary Custom Plan has been turned over to Drafting:
No refund
