Notes for above vinyl oval gazebos: Basic gazebo is made with 2x6 joists, straight fascia, 1/2 moon braces, straight rails, spokes around top, asphalt shingles and cupola. All vinyl gazebos have stainless steel screw down floors. Stainless steel nails and stainless steel screws are used where visible. Screens are aluminum frames with vinyl screens. All lumber is pressure treated. Roof sheathing is PT or tight knot cedar tongue and groove with 3-tab asphalt shingles... or 5/8" PT plywood, beaded soffit and 3-tab asphalt shingles. Electric wiring includes 1 switch, 1 receptacle, wiring to cupola. ~ Add 8% for almond colored vinyl.   ~ Removable post, add $60 each.   ~ Ask about colors of rubber slate.   * Epoch flooring colors are gray, cedar tone and red.   ** "vinyl bench section" is bench along one section of wall. There are 8 walls, 7 of which can accept a bench. *** Shipping note - Please use the zip code distance finder link from zipped 21638 to your zipped to find the shipping distance.  (Fill in the boxes for "ZIP 1" and ZIP 2")   Then multiply the resulting one way distance by $1.51.  The result is your shipping cost for all kits or for 6' or 8' assembled octagon gazebos.  Please multiply the resulting one way distance by $3.33 for an assembled 10' or 12' octagon gazebo.  Please multiply the resulting one way distance by $4.84 for a 13' or 14' assembled octagon gazebo delivered to Virginia or Maryland.  To any other state 13' or 14' octagon gazebos can be delivered in kits only. **** Want to put your gazebo on your own concrete pad?  Simply deduct $5.57/sq ft from the above prices for a gazebo without a floor.  Ex) 12'x18' Octagon: $5.57 x 216 sq ft = $1203 deduction for no floor.  Gazebos without floors must be shipped in kit form only. Notes:  Kit prices and pre built prices are the same.  The reason is that each of these fine Amish gazebos is actually assembled in the factory before delivery.  If it has been sold as a kit, it will be disassembled in sections such that each section can quickly and easily be bolted together on site.  For example, the roof may come as either four or eight pre built sections (already shingled), ready for you to bolt them together.  Same thing for the floor and walls. Kits are available for all listed shapes and all listed sizes.  Above prices include shipping within 60 miles of Grasonville, Maryland and setup on a prepared, level site accessible to our truck.  Extra wooden door - $150.   Octagon Cupola is standard, but if sold separately - $450 which includes shipping via UPS ground.  For Victorian Bandstand Roof, add 8% to Octagon.
