Step #1: Install Dryspace under the deck
floor joists so it will stay dry underneath.
For prices to install it yourself or for us to install it, drop me
an email or call. |
| Step #2: You can have us install broom finished concrete at about $6/SF labor and $2.50/SF estimated materials. It will make it clean and useful... but rather dull looking. |
Or... |
| You can really do yourself a favor and have stamped concrete installed. Visit the only stamped concrete installer I recommend... Greystone Impressions. Tell 'em Mike French of Virginia Decking told you about them. (I doubt you'll get a discount, but it will help me.) This guy is great and totally worth the money. |
| With a stamped concrete patio below and Dryspace above, you will have created a very attractive, dry and enjoyable outdoor living space where it is shady, cool, dry and clean. |
| And a good finishing touch would be to wrap the header and posts in maintenance free white vinyl. I can help you with this, too. |
