Rick Buckwalter is bringing in fill topsoil to make the last step 8" or less.
This was done by design as he did not want more than four steps total.

The GeoDeck fascia (1/4" x 12" x 12') makes a perfect trim for
the stair risers due to it's flexibility and good color match. It is also
very low maintenance, won't fade, stain or mold.
