Stop putting if off and go downstairs in your basement and work up the square footage of all the area you want finished. Multiply that by 25. The price of $25/SF will include all labor and materials for the following:

Framing exterior and interior walls.

Framing around bulkheads and HVAC ductwork.

Electric wiring, boxes, outlets, switches to code.

Insulation to code.

Drywall and two coats of paint on all walls and ceiling.

The following custom features are extras:

Bathroom.

Kitchen.

Wall cabinets or countertops.

Lighting fixtures.

Floor covering.

Wet bar.
